Izzo Academy

The Izzo Academy was born from the desire to promote and spread the culture of Espresso Izzo around the world. It is a center of excellence that offers training and refresher opportunities on the best coffee extraction techniques.

Through the Izzo Academy we organize training courses at our headquarters in Anagni (FR) with practical and theoretical activities on our lever machines to obtain the extraction of a perfect Izzo Espresso.

Izzo Academy ON THE ROAD

The training courses of our Academy are also carried out at home: our espresso masters, with our exclusive vans, present throughout the territory and specially set up with an internal bar, illustrate the best coffee extraction techniques, as well as the care of the machine and equipment, demonstrating how to serve real quality espresso in a cup.
