It is with great pride that we wish to share the innovations we have introduced in our lever group with the Flush&Push patent, which we presented to the public at the Sigep 2024 fair and by popular demand already installed on our machines.
The challenge underlying the process of designing and creating this system was to intervene on two critical issues of the lever group: the time taken between one brew and another and the strain on the operator when using the machine at a sustained pace and for long stretches.
Today we can claim to have won that challenge as we have succeeded in intervening in the only time-space that does not affect the result of the espresso in the cup, and at the same time reducing the physical effort needed for certain operations.
The gestures and creativeness that characterize the use of the lever group remain unchanged and will always make it the best ally of the barista who wants to impress each customer by brewing an espresso with infinite nuances.
